Tarryn McDowall is a Sport4All Inclusion Coach working with Leisure Networks to support inclusive participation in community sport. She partners with clubs, schools, and local organisations to build inclusive practices and strengthen community connections.
Her focus is on building strong local partnerships, expanding Sport4All’s reach, and supporting clubs to embed sustainable inclusion strategies. Tarryn works closely with stakeholders to ensure long-term, practical outcomes for communities.
Tarryn is a qualified PE teacher with more than 10 years’ experience, alongside roles in community sport development and inclusion initiatives. Her approach is grounded in collaboration and a commitment to increasing participation opportunities for all.
