This 16-question, multiple choice survey has been designed to support you and your
school. It will help you to understand where there are opportunities to increase choice
for people with disability to be included in every aspect of your school.
To gain a broad picture of how inclusive your school is currently, we recommend
several people from your school fill out the survey. This could include teachers, school staff, students, volunteers, coaches, external sports partners and supporters.
The survey has been designed incorporating work from Simplican et al’.s (2015) model of inclusion and Corazzo, M., & Dyer, J., A New Model for Inclusive Sports? An Evaluation of Participants Experience of Mixed Ability Rugby. Social Inclusion, 2017, Volume 5, Issue 2, Pages 130-140.
