Steph Cross is a Sport4All Inclusion Coach working across the East Pilbara region, supporting communities to develop their understanding of inclusion and create lasting positive change.
Steph grew up in the regional Western Australian town of Esperance and has been involved in hockey, basketball, tennis, baseball, softball, netball, volleyball and golf. She represented Western Australia in hockey as a teenager and has coached hockey and junior basketball.
Steph’s lived experience of ADHD and being unable to participate in sport following a serious knee injury shaped her understanding of how important meaningful inclusion can be, both on and off the field. With qualifications in education support, community services, sport and recreation, and brain health coaching, Steph is passionate about helping people build the confidence and knowledge to lead inclusion within their own communities.
