Nicole is a Sport4All Inclusion Coach working in Gladstone, supporting local clubs, schools and communities to create more inclusive sporting environments.
A Gladstone local and First Nations community member with connections to the Birpi people, Nicole brings professional and lived experience of disability and the NDIS to her role. She has participated in pickleball, tennis, mountain biking, walking, swimming, Pilates and gym activities and has also helped organise volunteer sporting opportunities.
Nicole believes everyone has value and should have equal opportunities to participate. She is passionate about continuing to learn, sharing her experiences and helping local organisations build environments where people of all abilities feel welcomed and included.
