Melissa Condo is a Sport4All Inclusion Coach supporting the Southwest region, including Glenelg, Warrnambool, Moyne, Southern Grampians and Corangamite. She works with schools, clubs, and organisations to build inclusive sporting environments and increase participation opportunities.
Melissa focuses on supporting schools and organisations to develop inclusive practices, while also exploring opportunities to expand programs such as all-abilities football and inclusive employment initiatives across the region.
She brings a diverse background, including studies in sport development and human services, alongside qualifications in football coaching. Driven by lived experience, Melissa is committed to creating environments where people feel supported to participate and be part of their community.
