Kim Abbott leads Sport4All across Southern Queensland, supporting clubs, schools, and councils to embed long-term disability inclusion in sport.
With a background in sport development and coaching, Kim has extensive experience working within community sport and building inclusive programs. She is actively involved in hockey as both a player and coach, and contributes to community initiatives that support participation and belonging.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Sports Management from Bond University and proudly developed a pilot inclusion program for people with disability to play hockey. Drawing from her lived experience with hearing loss and her volunteer work supporting premature babies and children with additional needs, Kim is passionate about creating inclusive sporting environments where everyone can participate, belong, and thrive.
