Jenny Crandell

State Manager – Northern QLD, NT

Jenny Crandell is the Sport4All Manager for Far North Queensland and the Northern Territory, leading inclusion initiatives and supporting communities across the region.

With a background in marketing, partnerships, and grassroots sport, Jenny brings extensive experience in building inclusive programs and strong community networks. Her work with All Abilities football has helped grow participation and create meaningful pathways for young people with disability.

Jenny’s connection to disability through her family drives her commitment to inclusion. She is passionate about helping communities move from intention to action, creating sustainable opportunities for participation across all areas of sport.

For over 10 years she has coordinated the All Abilities program at Castle Hill United FC, which continues to grow – seeing participants move into competitive teams, refereeing and coaching. In 2022 she received the Hills Football Association Violet Nutt Ladies Award, following the launch of a Girls All Abilities stream.

“Inclusive sport matters to me because there is no I in team and everyone is included. Inclusive sport looks like one big happy family all together. I love sport because it keeps me fit and active, and I feel part of a team”
