Fiona Kleinitz is the National Support Officer at Sport4All, supporting the delivery of inclusive sport initiatives across the country. She previously worked as an Inclusion Coach in North East Victoria, partnering with clubs, schools, and communities to build more inclusive sporting environments.
With a diverse professional background across government, administration, and community engagement, Fiona brings strong communication and relationship-building skills to her role. She has also been actively involved in sport as a player, coach, and instructor.
Following her experience of disability after a stroke, Fiona understands the barriers people can face when returning to sport. She is passionate about ensuring more people can stay connected to sport and community in ways that work for them.
