Carina McMillen

State Manager – WA

Carina McMillen is the Sport4All State Manager for Western Australia, leading disability inclusion work across clubs, schools, and councils statewide. With over 25 years’ experience spanning government, community, and commercial sectors, Carina brings deep expertise in sport, recreation, and inclusion.

Her lifelong commitment to community sport began as a teenager when she founded her first netball club. Since then, she has continued to volunteer, mentor, and champion participation across a range of local and major sporting events, including Ironman and the Ride to Conquer Cancer.

Carina’s leadership experience includes roles across sport administration, events, marketing, and economic development. She currently serves on the Board of the South West Academy of Sport and previously as Vice Chair of The Creative Corner, advocating for creative industries in WA’s South West.

Driven by lived experience with mental health and disability, Carina leads with empathy, authenticity, and purpose building capability, shifting perceptions, and empowering communities to create inclusive, welcoming spaces for all.
