Sport4All Inclusion Check-In Survey

Take the Inclusion Check-in Survey for Schools and Clubs.

This 16-question, multiple choice survey has been designed to support you and your club or school. It will help you to understand where there are opportunities to increase choice for people with disability to be included in every aspect of your club or school.

To gain a broad picture of how inclusive your club or school is currently, we recommend several people from your club or club fill out the survey.

The survey has been designed incorporating work from Simplican et al’.s (2015) model of inclusion and Corazzo, M., & Dyer, J., A New Model for Inclusive Sports? An Evaluation of Participants Experience of Mixed Ability Rugby. Social Inclusion, 2017, Volume 5, Issue 2, Pages 130-140.

“Inclusive sport matters to me because there is no I in team and everyone is included. Inclusive sport looks like one big happy family all together. I love sport because it keeps me fit and active, and I feel part of a team”
