Dive into our award-winning inclusive sports program, designed and delivered by people with disability and lived experiences.
The Sport4All inclusive sports program has been developed to give people with disability the chance to be involved with and participate in sport, at both a club and school level. We empower people with disability to choose and control how they participate in sport, be it playing, coaching, administration, volunteering, spectating, or any other role. We are committed to helping community sports clubs and schools build the curiosity, skills and confidence to include people with disability when, where, and how they choose.
Start the journey to inclusion in your school or sports club with our simple, 3-minute check-in survey. Don’t worry if you’re new to inclusion; we all start somewhere. When you complete the assessment, we review your answers to understand what you’re doing well and where we can help. We highlight areas that need more focus on increasing disability and accessibility inclusion, which is then done through the Sport4All online learning workspace.
Learn from our fantastic training program! You will be able to view accessible videos, available in multiple languages with more being added, access posters with helpful tips, and useful checklists. These resources will help you to make your school or sports club more inclusive for people with disability.
Put what you’ve learned into action! With the support of our Inclusion Coaches, we can help you create a friendly and safe place for people with disability in your school or sports club. Even small changes can make a big impact on your community.

Measure the impact of the Sport4All program on clubs and school sport across Australia.
The Sport4All program welcomes all sports clubs and schools across Australia to learn and be a part of the program. Our goal is to see every Australian, no matter their background or ability, feel safe and truly included when they participate in sports.
Our dedicated team, which includes people with disability and lived experience, will work with you to help build genuinely inclusive sporting communities. Sport4All offers training materials in many formats that are all available online. These include engaging videos, informative posters, and easy-to-read documents with the information you need to develop your inclusive sports program.
Sport4All is easily accessible online and collaborates with local councils, national and state sporting organisations, and community organisations. An Inclusion Coach will work with one or more of these organisations, offering support through our online resources or even in-person training sessions.
People with disability get the same physical, mental, and social benefits from participating in sport and physical activity as those without disability. Sport4All equips your school or sporting club with the skills and information to ensure people with disability can take part in both playing and non-playing roles in sport.
Whether playing or participating in the game or being a coach, volunteer, equipment manager or even a spectator, all roles are important roles in sports clubs and schools. Your sports club or school can also benefit from including people with disability, as they share their lived experience to help you better develop a more inclusive sports program.
Other benefits of participating in sports include:
“Inclusive sport matters to me because there is no I in team and everyone is included. Inclusive sport looks like one big happy family all together. I love sport because it keeps me fit and active, and I feel part of a team”
