Inclusion Coach - Noosa Council

Jamilla McCoy is a Sport4All Inclusion Coach working across the Noosa region, supporting clubs and communities to build inclusive and accessible sporting environments. She works closely with organisations to strengthen their confidence and capability in inclusive practice. 

Jamilla focuses on helping clubs become more welcoming and accessible, ensuring more people can participate in sport in ways that work for them. Her approach centres on connection, education, and practical support for local organisations. 

With a background in early childhood education, Jamilla brings a strong understanding of inclusion and community development. Driven by lived experience, she is committed to creating environments where everyone feels supported to take part.
