Kathleen White is a Sport4All Inclusion Coach working within the City of Bayswater, supporting local clubs and schools to build more inclusive sporting environments.
Having grown up in the area, Kathleen has a strong connection to the local community through sport, education, and social spaces. Her background includes experience in leadership, retail management, and mental health peer support, alongside formal studies in sport business.
After experiencing multiple strokes and living with ongoing health challenges, Kathleen brings lived experience that informs her work. She is committed to helping communities recognise the value of inclusion and create environments where people feel supported, respected, and able to participate.
